1-on-1 Sessions
Our one-on-one coaching & mentoring sessions are tailored to your individual needs. In our regular touch bases, we will work on your identified development areas, such as communication & feedback, delegation & managing results through others, or dealing with difficult situations. These 60 min. sessions are conducted in person or via video conference.
Team Coaching
Put simply, team coaching emphasizes individual growth within a group context. This involves a combination of individual reflection, group discussion, and peer learning. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, insights and goals while receiving feedback and support from both, the coach and fellow group members. Through interactive sessions we empower you and your team to increase self-awareness, improve communication and strengthen leadership competencies.
Group Facilitation
Group facilitation emphasizes collective effectiveness and collaboration. This typically involves structured activities, exercises or discussions aimed at achieving specific objectives. We use tools & techniques such as brainstorming, consensus-building, or conflict resolution to help you and your team make progress towards your goals.
Our facilitation services are designed to foster open communication and effective decision-making in a neutral, supportive, and inclusive environment and can be utilised e.g. in guided discussions, team workshops, or offsites.
Themed Workshops
