Stefan spent his career in team management and development, optimising operations, strengthening customer relationships, and leading organisational change.

Much of that was forged at adidas headquarters, a global leader in innovation and performance, where leadership development is taken seriously and high standards are the norm. Stefan made the move from contributor to leader himself, and saw firsthand how the right coaching reshapes both a career and the people around it.

Today, Stefan leads the supply chain team and national distribution centre at a major Australian retailer, putting the same leadership skills he coaches into practice every day. He is not coaching from theory, he is leading a large team through real pressure, right now.
