How this quiz works
The Leadership Style Quiz is a short, forced-choice self-assessment. It is designed to spark useful reflection and a good conversation, not to box you in.
Four leadership styles
Every answer maps to one of 4 leadership styles: the Driver (leads through pace and decisiveness), the Connector (leads through relationships), the Strategist (leads through vision and planning), and the Developer (leads by growing others). These are drawn from well-established leadership and management thinking about how people tend to lead.
How it is scored
Each of the 9 questions offers one option per style. As you answer, the quiz tallies which style you lean towards most often. Your result is simply the style with the highest tally, with ties broken in favour of the first style reached.
Strengths and blind spots
No style is better than another. Each comes with natural strengths and a common watch-out. The result names both, then points to where coaching would sharpen your edge, because the goal is range, not a label.
What it is not
This is a directional self-assessment, not a clinically validated psychometric instrument like DISC or MBTI. It reflects how you answered on the day. The real value is in the conversation it starts about how you lead.
